Restore your purchase

Open Settings from the gear on Today and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. Nothing to restore means the row is gone: you already have it.

Refunds

Apple handles every refund for the $15. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Export your data

Settings, Data, Export data. A zip of JSON and CSV, free whether or not you buy.

Delete your data

Settings, Data, Delete all data. It is gone from the phone and the watch. We hold no copy to delete: see Privacy.

Medical questions

We cannot answer them. Talk to a clinician or a pharmacist about medication and symptoms.
